well my wonderful Thai shrimp dinner has turned into a take out Pizza from Casey's. Hubby had a really late afternoon snack and over did it, so he isn't that hungry. I am not going to bother with a specialty dinner if he isn't starving and we had a $3 coupon expiring today. So we will pick it up in a few minutes, pour some vino and pretend we are in Italy..The thawed out shrimp will be used in appitizers when we have company on Monday..
We have ribeye steaks ready for the grill. (They're huge, so I'll probably dice the leftovers to have over salad tomorrow.) Steamed carrots and grilled Texas Toast for the sides.
Must be take out night in a lot of our homes tonight we had sausage, pepperoni & mushroom Pizza King pizza.
