Tonight I had a Pickled Serrano Pepper and a hot Flour Tortilla with some Refritos, Mexican Rice and some very tender homemade Chile Colorado and a few Corn Chips.
I had to go to Costco again for the second day in a row, because my car had a flat tire! While I waited for the tire to get repaired, I went to the food court and had a chicken wrap and Sprite to drink.
split pea soup for hubby, mixed vegetables and a chicken cutlet for me. I am working 2 jobs today so I won't be home until 8PM
