Two cheese quesadillas and two cheese enchiladas with sweet iced tea and tortilla chips. Been eating that almost every Saturday for the past ten years lol.

Hamburger mushroom potato soup and my DD even cooked it! She has failed making this before she did a fair job just needed a little more salt while boiling the potatoes.

I've had the flu all week so we emptied the freezer of all the goodies I had saved for just such an occasion. tonight was brunswick stew with cornbread, iced decaf tea and store bought cookies. I'll have to start filling the freezer again next week.
