Two cheese quesadillas and two cheese enchiladas with sweet iced tea and tortilla chips. Been eating that almost every Saturday for the past ten years lol.
Not eating dinner tonight, because at lunch for my bookclub I served chilled pea soup, shrimp & olive pasta salad with a Caesar dressing, roasted cherry tomatoes, cold steamed asparagus with garlic aioli, sausage-onion-pepper-asiago frittata, Negroni aperatifs and Pinot Grigio with lunch, chocolate-almond-ricotta tart, lemon biscotti, blood orange gelato, and decaf espresso roast coffee.
Everything made from scratch except the sausage and the gelato and coffee. And let me just say dayummm it was good.

Tonight we had barbecued, shredded pork, mashed potatos, and corn. Yum!
Hamburger mushroom potato soup and my DD even cooked it! She has failed making this before she did a fair job just needed a little more salt while boiling the potatoes.
I've had the flu all week so we emptied the freezer of all the goodies I had saved for just such an occasion. tonight was brunswick stew with cornbread, iced decaf tea and store bought cookies. I'll have to start filling the freezer again next week.
