I have a huge tray of chicken breasts defrosted. Will probably poach them with bay leaf but then what I'm not sure. Maybe look for a new recipe for lemon chicken.

Why does your location say "north of citrus"? Lots of people in your area grow all kinds of citrus in their backyards.

Pan fried chicken breast strips with capers and seasonings finished off with lemon juice. Seasoned string beans & potatoes with split top potato rolls.
