Well, I am having tonight’s dinner 9 to 10 hours later.
Going to a Thai restaurant for dinner tonight.
Crispy Basil Spring Rolls that has spicy vegetables inside the crispy rolls and Spicy Lime curry sauce.
Also, Pad Woon Sen: thin vermicelli see through Rice noodles, Beef, Sesame oil, bell peppers, onions, carrots, zucchinis, mushrooms, cilantro, scallions, and ginger curry flavor in the rice noodles.
Tonight I had pizza from one of my two favorite local (not chain) places. But it was burned on the bottom. I HATE burned pizza. I am not a happy camper.
How does burned pizza happen at pizza places?!! I would think that before pizza could burn, it would reach the end of the "line" inside the pizza oven and stop cooking. But nope.
(There's one local place that I never go to because they burn the pizza bottoms every time. You take 2 bites and taste burned dough and stop eating. I guess it's a good diet.)
End of rant.
