Got some chicken roasting in the oven. I'll probably saute some veg to go with, and maybe make a little side salad. Guess I'd better make up my mind; it'll be done in less than 30 mins! And I have scalded milk cooling to make yogurt tonight.
Asparagus sauteed with butter, garlic and anchovies!
This is cheap asparagus season and it's a dollar per pound now. I eat the heck out of it when it's this affordable.
