Not sure where this one is made, contact info is Georgia..... a lot run $1000, our is not THAT expensive. It is ceramic and can go up to 700 degrees. The sear on the steak was amazing, and it was so juicy and tender. Even the asparagus was better. I have to read up on it because I think it is a style of cooking.

I know we are grilling for at LEAST the next two nights.

I need to marinate some meat because it is also a smoker, and I want some jerky.

Here's the recipe for the slow cooker wings:

I used 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 1/3 cup of white sugar and a bottle of Ken's Honey Terrakyi marinade/dressing and 3lbs of wings (bought in a bag of chicken wings on sale at Target for $5 this week so hurry!!)

Marinated the wings in the mixed marinade for 2 hours in fridge. Took out and cooked on high in slow cooker for 4 hours with one cup of the marinade. I like my stuff sweet so you have the option of taking out the sugar completely or just taking away some.

They are super tender and tasty!! I'll add some sweet potato fries and I'm good to go!!

BF makes some serious Cuban soups in the slow cooker too so I'll add those when I get this week
