Grilled steak, with lots and lots of garlic. Grilled veggies with lots and lots of mushrooms and beet, cucumber salad.

I'm making chicken stew with some cut-up chicken breasts,red potatoes,carrots,onions,mushrooms and peas.

Tonight will be an awesome dinner. Prime rib that I bought on sale over the holidays, and was waiting for some company to come help eat it, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, a salad with sugared pecans and strawberries, and some kind of fresh vegetable.

Homemade chicken fillet sandwiches:

fried chicken strips
toasted and buttered onion buns
lettuce
tomato
red onion
Miracle Whip
PICKLES!

BBQ chicken legs for hubby, grilled chicken breast for me, saute'd kale and potato pancakes for both of us.

My husband got the crock pot out and is cooking "his concocktion" as he calls it.
Its roast, teriyaki sauce, onions, and red potatoes....we`ll see.

Tonight's dinner:

Chipotle chili with beans
Villager salad (Cucumbers, tomatoes, Greek olives, Domestic feta, celery, olive oil, rice vinegar)
Seasoned turnip greens with turkey
Cornbread
Iced tea with lemon

Crockpot Turkey chili.

Well of course with corn bread and a cold beer.
