Chicken and dumplings (boy, I hope this turns out well), rye bread and a salad with spinach, carrots, radishes, maui onions and mozzarella cheese.

For the first time in my life I am fixing potato/leek soup. I have to be out of the house most of the day, it appears to be a pretty easy and fast soup to make and I have all the ingredients so why not give it a try? I have some French bread left over from the other night, so think I will make garlic cheese toast as well.
