Imagine the best apple pie imaginable - perfect crust, perfect filling, and the best chocolate cake, rich, moist, delicious frosting.etc.

Which would you take a slice of?

For me it's pie. Eating pastry is heavenly.

Definitely pie.

Cake, eh. But a really good pie is amazing.

I'll be the first chocolate cake vote.

I would like a piece now, please.

If I keep reading the food threads my grocery list for Friday will be huge, mostly bacon, and desserts type meals.

Hmm this depends; if the apple pie is warm, topped with vanilla ice cream, then definitely the pie
I do love a good homemade deep dark chocolate cake, though- especially with my own homemade cocoa frosting

I'm just a chocoholic, oh yeah
DH would go for the apple pie w/ scoop of vanilla ice cream,...maybe two scoops.

It was a tough choice for me because I love both. But right now I could go for some chocolate cake, rich devils food with dark chocolate icing

Apple is my least favorite pie. Berry, cherry, peach, lemon merangue, sugar cream, and I would have chosen pie.
