smoked oysters... Just the sight and smell grossed me out. Now I love them on a Ritz cracker with cheese whizz, or all by themselves straight out of the can.

Except for fish sticks, I would never eat ANY kind of fish. Now I love Walleye, Cod and Haddock. I still don't like any kind of trout or fresh salmon.

I don't *love* it now, but I do like it okay: popcorn, which I wouldn't eat as a kid.

Also, cheesecake.

Mashed potatoes (no gravy, just butter).

The taste of an alcoholic drink, though I still have to have well-disguised mixed drinks.
Straight spirits remain far too "strong", flavor-wise, for me to consume.

Coffee (black) & tea (2 sugars)-I drink a mug of hot tea every day now.

Hated spicy food and most vegetables as a kid. Now I love spicy and most, but not all, veggies.

As a child I didn't like mushrooms, but I like them now. I think it was honestly all in my head, they just looked funny to me.

Anything spicy. I couldn't handle heat as a kid, but boy oh boy, now I can!

I never experienced much in the way of foods as a kid. My mother couldn't cook, and my father was the pickiest human being ever. So my diet consisted of meat, potatoes, and corn, peas, green beans, carrots and beets. All from a can.
Brussell sprouts? Asparagus? Celery? Eggplant? Broccoli? Cauliflower? What the heck are THOSE????
Now I love ALL these things, and..pretty much everything, unfortunately.
