8 people, TX (unless more show up)
Turkey and gravy
Turkey breast (my mother has anxiety about there being enough white meat, even though she never cooks the meal, what's an extra $18 toward her peace of mind and silence)
Cornbread stuffing
White bread, raisins, cinnamon and apple stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Green beans and pearl onions
Carrots in ginger sauce
Sweet potato casserole
Homemade butterhorn rolls
Pumpkin pie

Enough wine to make everyone be nice to each other for a couple of hours

And a bottle of tequila, for shots after everyone's gone home

Our family is the exact opposite. 2/3 of us have a strong preference for dark meat, and the dark meat yield off of a bird is less than white, so there is always the anxiety of having enough dark meat for us.

probably the smallest ever: there will be 4 or 6: grandaughter had a little (big) baby boy yesterday and insists the 3 of them, daddy, mommy and Jackson will be at dinner: we will see!!!

Menu:
turkey
dressing
gravy
mashed potatoes
roasted asparagus with a lemon sause
spinach salad
apple and pecan pie
of course liquid libation and appitizers
Ham if the 3 of them do come.

We are in NWA, almost on the Mo border.

I usually end up giving the dark meat to my friend who makes tamales, because no one in my family will eat it.
