I have class on the weeknights between 5 and 9 PM. Needless to say I don't have time to prepare a quality dinner and I don't have time to eat dinner while sitting in class, only time for a snack during a 10 minute break. Granola bars only go so far. What are some of your go-to snacks when you're in a situation where you can't have dinner but need something that will fill you up that you can grab quickly and eat on the go?
I used to always eat almonds, then my school became a nut-free zone. Now it's Greek yogurt; the protein is very filling. String cheese, too, if you can keep things cool.
Granola bars, special K fruit crisp bars, crackers, fiber one brownie.
Fiber One brownie??????
Um I dont think that is what they meant by "grab and go"
