Thank Scrod I'm allergic to dairy. Give me a glass of almond milk any day! Wait, is there an Almond Cliff too?

Well, I think it's 6.99 retail here, but it's always on sale.

I buy the organic from costco - freeze 2 containers and use one. I like it because it lasts longer and no hormones.

I also use almond and coconut milk. Coconut milk is currently my favorite and tastes great on the rare occasions I eat cereal.

If it were to go up to $8, I would just stop buying it.

I will indeed pay $8 for a gallon of milk. I love milk, it's so delicious!

I don't give a whit if it's good or bad or indifferent for me, I like it and I will continue to drink it. I can down a gallon of milk in two days, no problems.

What else is there to drink? Water? BORING.

Lactose intolerant and can't stand the crap that comes out with the milk so it could be 8 bucks or 8 cents a gallon I'll pass.

I like it, but no, I would refuse to buy it at that cost.

I don't drink milk so $8 dollars for a gallon makes me no nervermind!

I'm dairy intolerant for the most part and I drink soy or almond "milk"~

I rarely eat meat as well so crazy prices for that staple make no sense to me either. I mainly eat vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, etc...

At 8 bucks it would be a special occasion to get milk.

Thats a pretty high price but Im a milk junkee so...
I live in dairy country anyway and a few of my friends are farmers who have cows and dairy on their farms, they milk their cattle every day. So milk would be no shortage.

I've yet to find any alternative milk that is less expensive than milk. A gallon is somewhere around $4, give or take, no matter where I shop in Charlotte. I'm open to suggestions, because while I really enjoy milk, I recognize the health issues associated with it.

If milk suddenly doubles in price, it is just another indicator of how screwed up the whole system is.
