I didn't see any dessert threads, so I thought I would post one. Tonight I am going to make a pineapple upside down cake. What are you having for dessert?

Leftover French Silk Pie that I made for Christmas dinner.

I love pineapple upside down cake but never get any because nobody in my family other than me would eat it.

I had vegan chocolate pudding from whole foods which was surprisingly good. A dessert I had had a week ago was fresh baked cookies and Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream sandwiches. Simple, but oh so good.

Hardly ever eat dessert, but ate a flourless chocolate cake, toffee, and (I forget) from dinner out last night - and it was amazing.

I had half a tiramisu from Fresh & Easy. Not too sweet, which I prefer.

My late elderly neighbor (he passed away this past February at age 89) from across the street used to make and give me homemade pineapple upside-down cakes. They were always so good. I really miss him, and not because of his cakes.
