Well this makes me feel better cause I love to dip bread in that red stuff and was beginning to think I would make a good vampire...

Exactly. I don't know why so many thicko's persist in thinking it is blood. Not to mention, blood has a salty metallic taste, nothing at all like the fluids from meat.

so if its water and not blood,,drink away!!!!!

here is another meat factoid- why does burger get dark in the middle??? the outside is red, but the inside is dark??

its not because it is old or spoiled, its because oxygen has bloomed the burger on the outside, but , no oxygen can reach the middle- simply put, without oxygen, the inside burger reverts back to its natural color
same idea as pricking a vein, and the purple blood, turns to red after oxygen hits it
