These guys are doing it on coals from that premium hard wood charcoal. The other fellow was doing it on top of coals he made using hard wood out doors. Looks like you can do a decent steak just laying it on coals.
if someone sneezed while cooking steaks.....most consider it gross and wont eat the steaks...... yet......if laying a steak on a briquette is ok???
if a person started eating a briquette by itself......you'd think something is wrong with that person...
but a steak on it is ok?? the only saving grace to me ......on god knows what chemicals are in a briquette is....its heated and lots of issues are killed
