I love chick peas in any way shape or form. Hummus, falafel, channa masala, besan flour, in chilis. It's my favorite food item, can be used in so many different ways.

Yikes, sounds like you could open a restaurant - Bubba Hummus' Chickpea Shack - "We got chickpea hummus, we got fried chickpea, we got boiled chickpea, we got chickpea and grits, we got chickpea spread, we got chickpea salad, we got chickpea chili, we even got chickpea soup."
Good stuff. I like chick peas on my salads. Nice and filling and healthy too. And you?
It is good. Wish I knew about this stuff growing up. Funny enough me and my co-worker were joking around if they slathered a hot dog with hummas, dunked in batter, then deep fried, what that would be like...
Yum, I love hummus and grew up eating it with pita bread, veggies, crackers, pita chips, you name it. And it really is easy to make. I like to roast red peppers in the oven and add them, or you can add extra garlic or lemon juice, or hot peppers, it really is easy. Or even eggplants to make an eggplant chickpea dip. (different from baba ganooj, which I saw someone mention. I love that too. It's especially good if you grill the eggplant rather than roasting it in the oven, but either way is yummy).
