I have never had talapia, but we bought some last time we were shopping. My partner said he wanted to cook them with soy sauce and ginger marinade. (He doesn't cook...so I guess I will be making that marinade and cooking that talapia! LOL but not tonight we just had the salmon last night.

Geez...I don't really have an idea either. Something quick and easy because this is a crazy week. My thoughts right now are grilled cheese on an olive wheat bread with tomato soup, linguine and clams, homemade mac and cheese, or a frozen pizza and salad........this week needs to hurry up and be over!! Another night of parent teacher conferences tomorrow.....

Kshe - no - Mom is not moving with us! She has decided to leave NJ and so have we - she just wants us all to end up in the same place. So she is trying to convince us that Florida is the absolute best place in the world to go - so she gets what she wants lol.

Tonite - we're trying the meatloaf again.....we'll see if we're meatloaf people after all. Ummmm wait - Its Ash Wednesday - DH can't eat meat! ......Argh - now I don't know what !

Tonight we're having tuna noodle casserole. I usually like to make my own noodles but as humid as it is out and with not enough time guess it's bagged noodles. We'll have a nice garden salad and biscuits to go with it.

Cooking question!

Since we can't have the meat tonite and its already thawed - can it wait until Friday? I don't want food poisoning but I don't want to waste it either. So it came out of the freezer this morning and it just went back into the fridge. Is it ok to wait till Friday?

A thought you could make up the meatloaf and cook it then it should be ok to hold until Friday.

I think it will be fine to use on Friday. Just make sure it is sealed well and keep it in the back of your fridge or in the meat drawer. If you do cook it it will for sure stay fine.

Ok, so If I cook it up, I can reheat on Saturday? Or, can I wait till Saturday to cook it? Do I wrap it and put in the fridge or the freezer? How would I reheat it? I dunno - he may be stuck starving lol

When I reheat meatloaf I just slice it up and reheat individual plates in the microwave.
