Okay, first off, I have to tell you guys that I dreamed about our thread last night!! I wanted to start a new one because this one got so long and so I did and everyone was mad at me!! Strange!

Anyway, last night we got a pizza with ham, sausage, and mushrooms.

Tonight is grilled chicken, potatoes, and onions, and more asparagus......

I have wondered about this thread being so long but if and when I want to find something I have read here I can just go to the "search this thread" and I can find it. There are so many great ideas and so much fun here that I'd hate to lose any of it. To be honest the amount of pages doesn't matter to me but I do keep up pretty well. I know how hard it is to catch up when you miss a few days--but still it's all good reading!

Funny dream! See, we even visit you in your dreams!

Today is our 6th anniversary. I told him I'd rather go out for lunch than dinner - I don't know why, I just prefer it - so we are going for brunch at the Hotel Intercontinental.

Then home in plenty of time to watch the Charger game, and during the game I will be making a pot roast with a red wine sauce for dinner.

We like to celebrate in style.

Default I'm back!

Morning, y'all! Sorry to have been gone so long, got really ill while I was home in Mo last month, but I am all better now!
Now to the serious stuff! DH made his world famous onion soup last night over a fire, the weather has cooled off enough to do that...... I made asiago cheese bread to go with it, a lovely green salad, and banana pudding from scratch, good eating!

Happy Anniversary Debsi. Hope brunch is great.

Kshe95girl glad your feeling better.

Highlandsgirl I had a strang dream last night to, but it wasn't about CD.

Dinner tonight will probably be shrimp and scallops in alfredo sauce served over noodles with veggies. Not sure what veggies yet, because I don't know what's in the freezer.

Oh is it great to have you back. Have thought of you often and so sorry you were ill.

That soup sounds so comforting and good.

I've only had the onion soup in restaurants and love it. Especially with the cheese melted on top. Is it hard to make? Your hubby cooked on a fire---an open fire??
