Just got back from Olive Garden w/ Hubby for the Soup Salad Combo... dinner tonight will be garden burgers loaded to the max w/ roasted veggies covered in BBQ Sauce... so it will be a heavy BBQ Saucy Mess...seeming very bad for you but very GOOD for you... what a trick....LOL.....

My mother used to make the rolls similarly, sans bacon and pork. She would line pans with sauerkraut, put the rolls in, then top the rolls with more sauerkraut.
YUM!!!!!
The sauerkraut sounds like a wonderful idea!
