4 course: icecream pralinés on strawberry mousse

It was soooooo yummie!

We still have potatoe dumplings left over from yesterday's lunch. These I will fry with some oil, egg and herbs. DH will get a slice of meat and some potatoes.
Sounds wonderful! I'm full just from reading it!

Tonight I will make spaghetti to go with the sauce I simmered for 6 hours yesterday. Probably spinach salad on the side.

Oh that sounds like a winner! I think I'll make some spaghetti tonight too. I have mine frozen from a huge batch I made a few months back. Thanks for the idea Debsi!

Ya know if you used Mole sauce you'd get the choc we all need and not the sugar! Hmmm, mole on a potato now there's something to try!!!!!!
I've got it! Mole, it's not just for chicken anymore!

Is it mole sauce that also has peanuts? Not that I am allergic, but my dh claims he is...but when he eats it unwillingly, he has no reactions!

Well the Monday morning pot of soup is on....can't go wrong and it feeds a lot of people as well as getting rid of all the leftovers.
I could go for a salad today so maybe it is going to be as simple as soup and salad.

I wonder if I sprinkle in some of that cranberry fudge I can count it as a fruit???????????????????

I don't know about supper.....havent even finished cleaning the kitchen from breakfast! Will have to see what comes to me. It is sunny and relatively warm here in southern Maine....but by evening when the sun goes down it will cool off.

(It is coming to me....I would love to have a steak.....maybe I will go out and buy a nice steak and fire up the charcoal for supper.)
