Crap!

I just realized I threw out the bag the turkey breast was in! Not sure how long to cook it for but now I'm going to have to look it up.

Boy, those steaks you are all talking about are sounding better and better......

LOL... I am the odd ball... I will take Turkey breast over steak any day... and I am not a huge fan of Turkey (unless it is wannabe ground beef)....LOL..... Not a real big red meat fan.... I will go to friends homes and they will think they are serving me some fabulous gift of a meal when they have an amazing steak sitting on a plate... they will be grinning with pride... and I will be smiling back thinking in my head "Oh SH#$ I have to Actually Eat This!!!".....LOL

Tonight, it will be oven-fried chicken wings, ceasar salad, and corn on the cob.

I like ground beef. I'm not a big steak fan. I do like pork though.

Not sure tonight. I have parent teacher conferences again and I won't be home until 8. Might call the BF on the way home and have him whip up some pancakes or a breakfast burrito or something........

He's been craving a nice juicy steak too, so hopefully he will grill himself one tonight

39 days until we close on our house!!

I don't love steak served as steak, per se. I don't consider it a big treat. My favorite part of the meal at a fancy steak house is the side dishes.

If I buy "steak" I would rather chop it up, marinate it or not, and make.. what else... drum roll, please......

taco filling.

I think I just made another executive decision here. I'm going to thaw a steak out and have some of those steak taco's. Yep I've made my mind up. Sounds like an easy winner. Have some lime juice and sweet onion with jalapeno. Wife will need to stop and get some sour cream and cheese and we are good to go. I think these will complement the brownies real well.
