Well good afternoon all just getting here.....busy busy
Congrats to Cyn and Nomad...well deserved.
I need to catch up on yesterday and today's posts...blink and it gets away from you.
Tonight I just put a roast beast on the rotisserie some mashed potato and I am simmering zucchini mushrooms summer squash onions and plum tomatoes for the veg with a little parmesan and a few spices.
We had rotisserie chicken, homemade cornbread dressing, butterbeans, green beans, homemade potato salad, deviled eggs, sliced fresh tomatoes, rolls and giblet gravy for lunch. Supper will be some kind of pie, since I can't seem to get that toll house pie recipe on the pie thread out of my mind!
STUFFED.... roll me up to bed and call it a day...... Full Belly and a Happy Heart..... Nothing Like Family and Food Have a good rest of your evening and enjoy your meals! More family adventures tomorrow...... Talk to you later....
