This corn fed country girl wants to know what miso soup is please? I keep reading it here but have no clue.

I am so ready for a vacation but I am on the bus of no money to travel so can I sit on the bumper behind ya all to tag along?

Minnie tell bro happy bday and skbs your little darling too. Wow you almost gave birth on your birthday!

Ham & Cheese omlets with diced new red potatoes fried up to go along. Some how simple foods are hitting the spot with me more than involved recipes right now.

Ha ha - I'm seeing a Noma-pacman munching his way across the map!

Dinner tonight - chicken quarters rubbed with various spices are roasting along with potatoes, broccoli is ready to steam. So dinner is cooking and the small boy is romping through his spelling homework... soon all will be peace

And tomorrow is Friday, yaaaayyy!!

Jaxson, elston could really explain Miso soup to you in detail, but the Miso that I have had is clear Japanese broth with some mushrooms and kelp. Japanese drink it with most meals, especially good for breakfast. Some of the health benefits I have heard is a reduction in breast cancer.

The salmon turned out very well, very filling and the sauce was great.

skbs: Sorry Juan called, I am taking your place in KW, I am off to Raleigh airport. Can you finish my ironing? I am off to the "Green Parrot" for a $1.50 beer in KW with Juan, Marco & Carlos, I will snail mail you the little Palm tree from your drink after I drink it of course.

That is a most favorable description. I just practiced on the pork, sweet potato, tomato. I will be out of training soon.

Well, let me tell you my very complicated dinner tonight.

Opened up a can of Campbell's Homestyle Chicken noodle soup. Pour into microwaveable bowl. Add another can of water. Mix. Heat for 3 minutes.

Here comes the good part.

Grilled cheese sandwiches on Multigrain bread! Is that health conscious or what!
