Tonight we ate out after my PT appt. I gained 12 degrees on my knee bend. Yeah!! Now I only have to go to PT once a week instead of 3 times a week. They said that since I'm doing such a good job there was no reason to charge me more for more visits.

When we were at Walmart doing our grocery shopping I decided to pick up 3 yards of fleece and make myself one of those Snuggie things I saw advertised on TV. It was suprisingly easy and it really works at keeping me warm and my hands free.

Good morning all and what a busy night you all had! Who knew bananas could steamroll like that!

Pretty cold here, like 8.

Didn't do the sausage/peppers last night-so that's what we'll have tonight.

YES! Sign me up!

I've only had the pleasure of a few days in the north, both the food and the roads were superb. Bonus points if the roads are done via motorcycle, with saddlebags for emergency food supplies

Hooray! What wonderful news, molochai! That's an incredibly quick improvement, too; you've only been going to PT for a week or two, isn't it? You are clearly motivated, which is not surprising of course, but it is absolutely the key to success. Keep up the great work, and you'll be dancing by New Year's Eve!

I was just looking at a trip to france and italy! I found airfares for as little as $450 but kind of got the willies when I looked at the exchange rate for the $/euro and figured that the weak $ would kill me.... Still want to go and eat my way through those countries though...
