I went to get some baking ingredients at store, at the same time I picked up some cranberries and cilantro to make gentlearts's salsa. I'm thinking serving it with some mahi mahi tomorrow. What else do you use the salsa for? Good with chips?
I have a recipe for fruit salsa to serve with crispy cinnamon tortilla chips. Maybe I can make some cinnamon tortilla chips and do the same?
I think tonight will be pork chops and rice with some broccoli.
Winter Storm warning in effect until Tomorrow at 6pm. They are expecting around 10 inches to fall this afternoon and into tomorrow morning. Freezing rain and sleet are also forcast for this afternoon.
I actually wish this cold would turn into a sinus infection so I could get something to take care of it. I get to go in for my annual tomorrow and I don't think it's going to be any fun.
