That is so funny CheyDee. Cats will also do the same because it is something different and I think the smell of a tree is more then they can ignore. It seems the Christmas tree is the only thing that makes them want to do that! Just getting out the news! Ha! And yes, a Christmas tree is infact just another tree.

Meatloaf all mixed and chilling, potatoes scrubbed and waiting, zucchini awaiting it's fate.

Just watched Barefoot Contessa make an awesome shrimp scampi that I have to try. Looked so easy and she used panko mixed with butter, shallots, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, 4 cloves garlic, red pepper flakes.

That sounds like a good recipe try with the shrimp scampi!
We are having steaks out on the grill, with shrimp kabob`s. Salad, and baked potato, with sour cream.

I don't know if it's the water or just how far the area extends but I do know it goes at least as far north as Montreal. GREAT city for bread!

Okay, someone has to show me how to add pics to the post. Where are my teenagers when I need them?

Here is the link to some more pictures of puppies.

Well I be Velveeta'd. There is a new something or other. Any way no Velveeta tonight. This is mozzarella night. I'm finally getting some pizza. Wife bought some of the good ready made crusts and is loading them up. May even get a spinach pizza for lunch tomorrow.

Good Evening Everyone! The stuffed pork chops and veggies turned out very well, side of applesauce. Yum.

Everyone is so busy making cookies. I am the same as CheyDee, don't bake cookies. In fact I am sending dh to "The Fresh Market" for an Italian cookie run tonight after work.

Have a wonderful night everyone.
