I can't imagine why!

Last night had the baked chicken thighs "El Pollo Loco" style with salsa fresca I had made earlier and warmed flour tortillas. That's comfort food.

I spotted some soft taco shells in the fridge. I'm thinking about doing a strip steak in the toaster oven and putting the two together for a romantic encounter in my tummy.

Why thank you! Thanks for 'getting' me Charley...

What an honour to be part of this wonderful family, so thanks especially to Cyn for creating this fun and super-friendly place to be....

... funny, I was just in tears on hearing how Cyn's darling sister is so ill (and I hadn't known before because I'm a little erratic in my posting/reading). Then I see all your sweet posts and well wishes to her... you're a great bunch!!!!

Congrats Southdown!!

I think dinner tonight might just be a simple salad. Got some tomato, carrots, and onion I want to use up in the fridge.
