So much for planning around a pork roast. Turns out it is a beef roast..I still will cook it but the sides have got to be renegotiated...I think I will brown it in the toaster oven and then finish in a sauce pan with carrots and potatoes around it.

A whole change of plans for dinner. Decided we'd eat some of that 15 bean soup before I go and freeze it. It's damp and rainy here so soup sounds really good too. I'll make grilled cheese sandwiches and still have a loaded green salad. Maybe do the pasta another night this week.
Ah, poor gentlearts. Today is Tuesday although when I read your post I had to ask my DH just to be sure. Oh well you can still enjoy your original dinner dish planned!

Ouch...now the friggin' patch is giving me a rash where it is on me under my arm on my side.. It's driving me crazy. Guess I will just put it on my arm . The directions says to put it in different places but my side is just to sensitive I guess. I sure hope it doesn't cause a rash everywhere I put it or I'm going to have to quit it way sooner then I'd care to. UGH!!!

Cyn - when Hubby was in hospital, they just alternated putting the patch on his upper outside arms/shoulders. Same place every other day.

BF won't make it in time to put the pot roast in, so that is going into the freezer until the weekend.

I am going to get the stuff to make the soup for tomorrow........he said he is kind of turkeyed out, so I am going to suggest spaghetti instead.

I posted two more pics of Jack, just because I love him so!!

Lisa, I just had these pics on my computer and I uploaded them where it says "create album"

Well, Diva made it home without any trips to the nurse or phone calls home today.... I think she is having troubles with a friend at school right now.... some fellow diva drama problems... she isn't quite sharing.... just bits and pc.... maybe over dinner I can get it out.... we shall see....

Cyn.... good luck with that patch.... sounds like a pain... but worth it in the end.... you have come a long way!!!!!

Highlands.... too cute.......MTH... three weeks!!!! OMG.... makes me want one... but then I think about having to clean up and train it.... and then I remember I have one that is already trained and grown and think I am ALL SET!!!! LOL...... but they ALMOST make me forget that.... LOL

Gym Rat sounds really good right now.... bone warming kind of good.... IT IS COLD HERE....... I am hoping the Chicken Sausage does that tonight...... wondering if it will stick to the bones though... hmmmmmm......
