Hi all. Hubby and I have been running all day. We are a little off. We ate our lunch of spinach, bean and veggie soup at 5:00pm. I put the chicken in the oven at the same time and it is smelling delicious. Dinner should be around 7:00 which means I won't need dessert.

The dieting went well today because we weren't home to eat anything.

Tonight was wonderful. I had pecan-crusted trout, steamed green peas, and hush puppies with jalapeno and onion. Great stuff today.

OUCH - oh, you poor thing, you. And I'm glad your doc read you the riot act, too; believe me, if wishing was a cure, I'd still have both of my original hips, instead of one original equipment and one bionic replacement. Sometimes ya just gotta suck it up and deal with not being Wonder Woman.

Please take care of yourself, my dear; slow down for a change, and follow the doc's orders. We're all sending you get-well wishes!
