Yep-without you all-you are all great and we are there for each other-thru thick/htin/ugly/happy-whatever and I treasure it.

Fried chicken from store heating-Lord I want the skin!!! But won't do it.

I will check in tomorrow morning but not again til Sunday-happy meals all.

No pizza again this week. No complaints as the wife brought home some delicious wrap with both spinach and whole grains...Now if I just had chocolate...

I spent the day making a batch of spaghetti sauce...

Tonight's dinner will be a nice salad with spinach leaves, a little lettuce and cabbage, nuts, carrots, and mandarin oranges, followed by spaghetti, and garlic bread made with homemade garlic butter and freshly grated parmesan.

March 29th will be pork roll and cheese /fried onions on a hard roll-by then I earned it! After that back to normal!

Burdell so funmy but they are starting to look up to me and understanding adter 4 yrs-they are good people out here.
