oooopppssss

I forgot to say GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!!!!!

I think tonight's din din is gonna be left over chicken thighs. Or maybe we'll eat out. I have to go get some groceries tonight anyway because we're having company tomorrow and I need to pick up a few things.

I brought a piece of grilled salmon for lunch with some veggies. The salmon got grilled while the chicken was getting grilled too. Killed two birds with one stone. I'm getting really hungry. I love salmon but I'm the only one who eats it at home.

Have a great day!!!

That's one heck of a long road trip! I hope you are ready.

I've driven NY/Florida a few times, usually non-stop. Of course we've been 2 or 3 drivers in the car. It got to a point where I couldn't stand the sight of a car once I hit Florida so now I'm here permanently.

Boy!!!! Bunches of us are having chicken tonight in various forms I'm so glad it's Friday!!(can't you tell I love my job) Hubby called to tell me he's going to skin and prepare the chicken so it will be ready to fry up when I get home. (Something tells me he's bored) But any help in the kitchen is always
appreciated. DS is supposed to go fishing tomorrow morning (if it doesn't rain) maybe tomorrow we'll be able to cook up something fresh from the Gulf

Good morning!

It's Friday and I am not in the mood to go all out for food so we are having ground turkey tacos. I brown ground turkey with spices like minced onion, warm up some black beans and throw some sharp cheddar cheese in, then warm up wheat tortillas. I usually have some salsa, extra cheese, and diced tomatoes out for hubby's picking. Simple dinner but filling. Hope you all have a great day!

Dinner will probably be pork chops and mashed (or maybe baked) potato. Not sure how I'll feel after my first day back to work, though, so it might be nothing.

HI! I'm tired of heating up leftovers for the kids (my husband cooks) or taking them out for dinner. I really would like to cook tonight. Never have the opportunity as we're walking in the house at close to 7. SO its always something fast (but with a veggie). Mayebe something fishy..
