Burdell and Kelsie-I buy Carolina rice when we go to NJ-can't get it here-only Uncle Bens or instant-yuk.

I was amazed when I found pork roll and Boars Head here.

Pork chops were great. Realtor was here over 2 hrs for interview-I asked tough questions and she didn't flinch-liked her a lot! Fingers crossed all!

Lacey, I didn't realize you were putting your house up for sale. Are you coming here? ((smiley face)) Why don't you come here with burdell for the eggplant parm I made today!

Hi guys, sorry I've been away for so long.

Night before last I made a very healthy dinner. Green beans tossed in Tuscan Italian Dressing and mozzerella cheese and tomato to top it; baked pork chops that cooked on a bed of cabbage, carrots, onions, mushrooms and squash--baked; celery stuffed with philly cream cheese with a couple tablespoons of marshmallow cream and fresh blueberries and rolls. Dh ate it but said it was not something he would eat again.

He tolerates these 'good for you' meals so he can get what he wants occassionally.

Morning RCG and all-today's supposed to be in 60's-hope.

Our Cyn has a full plate for a couple of days and then it's off to see her great family.

Make linguine and white clam sauce tonight.

Hope Elston gets "hooked up" soon-miss him.

Good morning everyone! About to head off to work, but wanted to pop in.....

It is supposed to be 80 and sunny today, so we will definitely get out and enjoy. Guess that means leftover ham and potatoes, because I don't want to stay inside to cook!

Good morning all, no cooking for me tonight. I am volunteering my waitress skills for the VVFW ladies auxiallry supper tonight. We are raising $$ for a cancer fund that we contribute to, so I don't mind helping out.

Not sure about food but dinner will definitely involve wine, a small celebration for actually getting my taxes in on time for a change
