I have a really good rib recipe that my brother taught me. He is a grilling King!
Buy pork ribs and put them in a large pot of water with Old Bay Seasoning (I am not exactly sure, but he used a lot - probably 1/4 cup). Cook 45 min to an hour, after it starts to boil, then turn down and simmer. You can then either broil or grill the ribs with your favorite sauce. I use store bought sauce. The ribs are always so good, the meat falls off the bone.
I found a recipe online for Ranch BBQ ribs that I'm going to try tonight. Thinking I might add potato salad to the dinner as well.
I am Making Dh and DS steaks and maybe I will finally make myself those crab cakes. I only wish I had a beer for DH to go along with the staeks, he deserves one after his long week this week.Dont know if I will make pan fried potaoes, baked or baked french fries still have to fig that one out.
Well, our steak and salad dinner for tonight, turned into leftover spaghetti w/ parmesan bread!! Unfortunately there is still spaghetti left, so it will show up on the menu again later this week!!
It was re-heated leftovers for us as well. I had ~1 ounce roast pork and 2 baby back ribs with black beans and yellow rice. DH had red beans & rice with smoked sausage. And we both had Hershey Brownies for dessert...the best part of the meal!
I have got to stop eating like this. I'm beginning to sit on it.
