Now I'm full---found some Asparagus on sale at Wal-Mart so I picked some up and we had that with the baked chicken. It was so good. Also found avacados on sale there so picked one up for a salad in a day or two. Love summer and all the veggies and fruits! To bad they have gotten so expensive. Even on sale they cost so much!

Try your local farmers market... I save so much money on my produce by shopping there...fresh, inexpensive, and locally grown.
I am going to try to make a quiche.....never have before....but as usual I don't have the ingredients for any one recipe....but have ingredients that go into several different recipes.....mine will have sweet vadalia onion sauted in butter, fresh picked Maine crab meat, swiss cheese, perhaps a little grated cheddar cheese, cream and milk and the obligatory 4 eggs, perhaps some crumbled bacon....parsley.....we will see how it comes out...and if I get off my duff and get going...maybe it will be lunch and then I will have to come up with something else for supper.
