Thanks for the tips again Everyone!

I hope everything works out with your house - ugh - been there, done that, hated every moment...I'll say a prayer for ya!
My goodness....where have you been hiding? No taco no mac n cheese--girl, you are so going to enjoy the "real-world"!! You are so into a lot of big suprises!! I don't think I've ever met anyone that hasn't had these things. Just stay in tune here and you're gonna find out a lot of great information, I promise!! At least you are open to trying and finding out about new things. Good girl!! Your hubby should be proud!! I am very cooking challenged, believe me....but I have learned so much and everyone here has been very understanding and patient and caring. You are definitely in the right place.

To nic~I love baked mac and cheese! It is different from the cheesiest in the blue box. That might be a bit of a disappointment the first time you make it....but you will come to appreciate why it is one of the most loved of american food. (In the south, where I am not) it is a must have for any big holiday meal like Thanksgiving or Christmas or family re-unions. It is just plain good! I will post a recipe if someone else doesnt beat me to it. Not time right now.
