Morning all tonight for dinner I believe is going to be spaghetti. Heck I might even make meatballs (i doubt it but I can dream right) If it gets chilly this afternoon I might change it to soup, but I am thinking that it will be spaghetti.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Center cut thick pork chops, egg dipped and then into crushed saltines-brown them then into covered casserole and bake, along with butternut squash and biscuits for Mr. L.

Tonight should be interesting; pork sausages I purchased at the farmer's market, and home made sauerkraut that I've been fermenting for a week on the kitchen counter. First time making kraut, and it's got me a little nervous.

Tonight is baked BBQ ribs, with mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh baked bread and whatever veggie I can find in our freezer.

I think I'm going to go crawl back into bed and stay there until Spring.

Nothing like good BBQ ribs. When we lived in Chicago we would try to grill as long as we could, with jackets and wool hats on. Cant imagine how could it is up in Minnesota now.

We just may repeat what I fixed for brunch! Locally made fresh mild pork link sausage, cheese grits, mayonnaise drop biscuits that I substituted buttermilk in, and a big ole glass of sweet milk!

Since I have busted my behind today out in the yard hubby decided he'd BBq some rib eye steaks tonight. Course he was out in the yard too---"riding" the lawn mower around mowing the lawn! Anyhow, Ill get some nice sized potatoes ready for him to put on the grill for baked potatoes. Sliced tomatoes on the side and little to no dishes! My kind of meal!
