I've been known to boil part of a bag of salad when I'm making ramen noodles and just combine the veg with the noodles. It's not bad. Wondering if it was just me.

I've done that. I had a beautiful red leaf lettuce straight from the farm that morning that was sitting in the fridge drawer so I chopped it up and sautéed it. The harder stems I added to a slaw. Nothing wrong with cooking any greens. Better used than tossed.

I saute bagged spinach with garlic, olive oil, and a bit of lemon juice. Does that count?

I also add bagged kale to soups.

bagged spinach and kale forms a wonderful bed to receive piping hot broiled filets of salmon.

I don't know what to with a bag full of chopped romaine or iceberg with shredded carrots...

That's what I do, too. Wegmans carries huge bags of their chopped kale. I keep that, and baby spinach, in the freezer to toss in soups and stews. And that way, it's cooked--we never use bagged salad for...salad lol..

Another thing I do is use the bagged coleslaw mix in soups--carrots are already added!

I throw spinach in a pan with lemon juice, worchestershire, garlic, and let it go!

Inside out egg rolls are good...use a bag of cole slaw mix.
