Overcooked frozen vegetable cubes, the kind you get out of a plastic bag in the freezer, or...

That's easy for me because I love anchovies. So I'd rather NOT eat the sardines.

What kind of liver and what kind of tofu?

I'll take a wok-fried firm tofu over any liver though (I'll eat pate and chicken liver though).

Escamole (no ant larvae for me!)---but I really like huitlacoche. I live in Mexico City, and people here eat it regularly. I've tried it dozens of times--yum!

Canned mandarin oranges or candied apples (not caramel, the red candy type)?

Red-candied apples (you can always avoid most of the candied part to get to the real fruit).

My choices for dessert today:

White chocolate Macadamia nut cookie or Cookies n' Cream 'ice cream'/frozen dessert (Breyer's brand)?
