Well made Menudo is quite good. (assuming your referring to the Mexican dish, and not to the Puerto Rican slang for young boys...That takes us to a very different thread)

Your choice:

Balut (embryonic ducks still in the shell) or

100 year old eggs (eggs packed in salt and left until the whites turn orange and the yolks black)
