Oven roasted chicken thighs and wings for hubby, Hamburger for me, we will both have peas, asparagus and French fries that I will bake in the oven.

A pork tenderloin butterflied and stuffed with dried cranberries, prunes and fresh spinach, tied, drizzled with sesame oil and oven-roasted. Sliced and served on a bed of fresh baby greens with a drizzle of raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Too hot to cook so sandwhiches with a variety of meats and cheeses, dill pickles, potato salad, peach ice tea and frozen cocoanut bars for desert.
