We had chicken parm w/whole wheat spaghetti. I just had some dark chocolate ice cream with caramel topping and whipped cream. I can go to sleep happy now.
Jumbo spinach salad with cucumbers, olives, scallions, red & green bell peppers, carrots, and sliced strawberries, topped with grilled chicken slices, pepper jack cheese and sunflower seeds. I had raspberry vinagrette on mine and DH had honey mustard dressing. King's Hawaiian rolls & butter and a banana-strawberry smoothie to go with it.
