I have a pot of Pinto beans and ham in the crockpot. I have no idea why this sounded good to me, since it's so darn hot and humid out today. I'll make some cornbread or biscuits to go with it.

Chicken burgers that have spinach and provolone cheese in them that I bought at the butcher yesterday, potato croquettes and veggie patties that have carrots, corn, peas and green beans held together with corn meal also bought from the butcher shop.

Ginger ale. I'm on penicillin for an abscessed tooth and it's doing a number on my GI tract.
On the plus side, I've lost a few pounds.
