I am JRSY'S SON. I am typing this because Mom fractured her hand (tripped over Max, our min dachshund in the dark) so she has to have me help her with typing and cooking, etc. Tonight its sandwiches, salads, pickles and ice tea....red velvet cupcakes for dessert. Tomorrow, pot roast, carrots and brown gravy with onions, red cabbage, mashed potatoes.

Decided against grilling the sirloin and just making tips out of it and using with cream of mushroom soup over brown rice. Have left over butter beans and black eyed peas to use up too.

Took 2 frozen red things out of the freezer today. I think one was chili and one was spaghetti sauce. Anyway, I mixed them both into about a half pound of cooked pasta and voila, dinner. Whatever it was, it was good. I saw some green stuff in one of them, so I consider that the vegetable.

A little bit of this and a little bit of that - as long as it was good!
