For some odd reason it is cool outside all day , therefore a perfect day to make for tonight ,,Hungarian Goulash with broad egg noodles ''. For dessert hot vanilla pudding with home produced raspberry liqueur.
Well, I want some of Nomad's authentic burritos.........but since Palm Bay is a pretty good drive from here, I will settle for having some stinkin' Mrs. Paul's beer battered fish fillets on a Publix bakery hamburger bun!
10 per box....I use just 3 or 4 on the bun, leaving me 1 or 2 to eat on the side. It's not bad, really....I used to hate them but now, with the new range, they come out crisp and nice.
I'd be cooking a proper dinner but mrsrainroosty is coming home late today and Thursday.
Next I may cook a proper roasted beef....or more pork chops.

I went to look for my missing pans but it is so hot in the Florida room where I am storing everything since the move that I cannot do it. I need them badly!
Either London Broil and sliced garden tomatoes, or tuna salad sandwiches and same. I'm leaning towards tuna, although leftover LB would make great tacos
If the rain stops, burgers, dogs (nitrate and nitrite free) and marinated chicken on the grill with salad. If not, spinach tortellini with sopressata and salad. Sea salt caramel gelato as well.
Throwing some hotdogs on the grill along with corn on the cob, and making baked beans, cole slaw, and slicing some tomatoes.
