This is so great. Can't tell if the olive taster eventually loves olives but the first reaction she has is ow I feel about olives.

Children react to new foods in slow motion. [VIDEO]

I love that! I think that the olive taster liked them. The boy tasting the lemon didn't look too pleased, but he was going in for a second try.

When my youngest son was around 8 mos. old we used to go to the Artic Circle drive-thru and get a drink called the Lime Rickey. It was a grape flavored drink with lime wedges in it. One time we held onto one and let him have a taste of the lime. We thought he would hate it, but he loved it. We would give him tastes evertime we went there and had to be careful to hold on tight to the lime because he would take that whole thing into his mouth if you let him.

reminds me of my introducing our great granddaughter to cream cheese when she was about a year old. I gave her a little taste on the tip of her tongue. To this day, at 6 years old she won't get near the stuff. I learned not to introduce some things too early. of course her little sister, who is 14 months old will eat everything including spicy cheese sauces.
