Tuna melts - tuna, sliced tomato, pepperoncinies and pepper jack cheese melted on thick crusty buttered & toasted sourdough bread.

Homemade pimiento cheese on crusty white breads, toasted till bubbly and just starting to brown, second would be a Reuben but hold the kraut.

I second the grilled pimento cheese. Harris Teeter has pepper jack pimento cheese, it is just heaven grilled on good crusty bread.

American Cheese - real cheese, not "cheese food" or "cheese product". On some nice wheat berry bread, dipping the sandwich in ketchup as you eat it! yum

Not really grilled, but pressed, a Cuban sandwich. Reuben is a very close second.
