I can't believe this
I went shopping earlier & when I got back I thought they didn't pack some items.
Well it was just forgotten in the car.
Is it safe to eat meat that was in the car for like maybe 2 hours?
It was still kind of cold, so I'm hoping its good

I wouldn't re-freeeze the meat and cook it soon. I cannot tell you how many times my sons have forgotten to get all the bags out of the car. Almost always there is freezer items in the bag/bags.
It's probably ok if the car wasn't real hot during that time.. I discovered 3 containers of yogurt in a shopping bag on the kitchen floor that had sat there about 3 hours. Room wasn't real hot so I think they will be ok.
As long as you cook the meat thoroughly, as another poster mentioned, your should be fine. I have done this before with no ill effects. I think we have all had that happen w/ a bag of groceries being "forgotten" for a few hours!
Red meat and pork in a not hot car (like 75ish), cook thoroughly as others suggested and that night. Chicken, any type of seafood of any kind, throw out.

Senior moment there huh? Actually it should be safe, especially if it wasn't warm. It is funny cause I almost did the same yesterday, but I did get mine into the house. It was hot, I was tired, I hadn't slept well Thurs night and I just brought the darn groceries in, decided to put away anything that would spoil and take a break. Well I couldn't find any of the stuff I bought to make pizza. I too, thought the store screwed up. I couldn't decide if I wanted to fight the heat and go back or what to do. They while putting the plastic sacks away, I noticed a bag in the sink. Yep, it was the pizza stuff.
Been there, done that. Cooked and ate the meat, lived to tell the tale. Just cook it thoroughly, and you'll be fine.
DH once left a couple of avocados in the car. Like, for DAYS. In TUCSON. My, did they look and smell nasty!
