Hi, I like to eat at the Golden Corral because for one price you can eat all you want.

We like going there when we can but the ones that was closest to us in Missoula MT closed. It is one place we can take all 4 of our children and they can all find something there they will eat!

I will admit that I like the breakfast best.
When my son was a teenager, I would take him there to fill up so he wouldn't clean out my refrigerator....no it didn't work.

Golden Corral
The one near where I live is disgustingly filthy & the food is just fair. This may or may not be an isolated case of management - I haven't been to another one.

The one here in Rock Springs is dirty and the food is questionable so we never go. When we go up to Riverton we go to theirs, it's clean, the food is fresh, and the wait staff are friendly.

No we quit going about a year ago when we saw a bunch of flies floating in the pasta. The one here in Bristol is gross, kinda like Ryans.

Default Golden Corral? OUTSTANDING!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. I have NEVER been to a Golden Corral that was dirty or that had bad food...the closest I came to being disappointed was one last year where the restrooms were dirty. It wasn't the restaurant, it was the people. The people get used to a good thing and then abuse it. In my experience, the GC is the finest buffet restaurant of all time, and believe me, I've been to a few. The food is always hot, a variety you wouldn't believe and their chocolate cake is....well, let's just say "to die for"! I am surprised to see any negative comments...I guess I've been blessed with good experiences with them. My Mother and I recently went on a 2800 mile trip and the entire time was spent hunting down a Golden Corral Restaurant. Some sort of force was against us, because whenever we were able to find one, they were either closed, or we found one just after we gave up the search and ate elsewhere. We finally found one when we were on our return trip, almost home and VOILA! there it was. My Mother had never tried it and if anyone can outdo me in restaurant visits and critics, it's Mom. She loved it! And this, (that force again) happened to be the one I mentioned above about the restrooms. She figured out as I did, that it was NOT the GC, but the type of people there...as usual, the place was packed. The food however, withstood my constant praise to her and her expectations. When she put her lips around the italian sausage (and of course the chocolate cake), a small smirk came across her face I'll never forget... Contentment.
Golden Corral = Outstanding Cuisine = Pure Contentment

You didn't have a choice for "gross me out the door" or "I'd rather chew glass" so I just voted "no".
